Modern Dance Class

A fun dance class for children aged between 7 and 14 years of age

7-10 yr olds 2-3 pm                Members €40              Non-Members €75 (six weeks)

11-14 yr olds 3-4 pm

Kick-Box Fitness Class

Kickbox your way to health and fitness. Great way to relieve stress and improve your fitness levels.

Boot Camp

An old American style drill class, excellent for building up Strength, Power and Fitness.

Ab Attack

A 30 minute exercise class that will focus on acieving the perfect stomach..

Spinning

Is an exercise class on specially designed static exercise bikes, to music, different tempo's and intensities. In which the instructor will push you to your limits and further. 'has to be done to be believed.  The No. 1 class for burning calories.

Yoga

Creates balance in the body through developing both strength and flexibility. This is done through performance of poses or postures, each of which has specific physical benefit.

Pilates

Pilates is a form of exercise, which emphasises the balance development of the body through core strength, flexibility and awareness in the ability to support efficient, gracefull movements. Great benefits gained from this class..

Aquafit

Aquafit is a total body workout in the water. This is an easy, effective and enjoyable way to aerobic fitness, overall body toning and mobility.

Body Sculpt

This class is devised to define all major muscle gruips, enabling individuals to work at there own intensity to achieve the perfect figure.

Osteo

Is a class to combat the effects of osteoporosis done at a steady pace. Incorporating developmental excercises on all major muscle groups with a special focus on core strength.

Tae Bo

A new cardiovascular exercise that blends Aerobics, Self-defence, Martial arts, Dance, Kickboing and Yoga. Tae Bo builds; muscle, Burns fat, Increases co-ordination, and promises to be engaging and fun.

Step to Spin

The class is a mix of 40 minutes step and an intensive 20 minutes spin. Ideal for an all over workout with a bit of variety.

NOTE: All classes are 60 minutes unless otherwise stated
