Therapeutic Massage

Therapeutic Massage helps relieve many common ailments and chronic conditions including back pain, headaches, arthritis, asthma and heart problems. Moreover the therapeutic effects include helping to fight off disease by boosting the immune system, lowering blood pressure, stimulation the lymphatic system, stretching the connective tissue of joints, eliminating toxins from muscles, relieving symptoms of IBS, lowering anxiety, helping sleeping patterns.

Holistic

A practitioner trained in the holistic approach treats the patient as a whole, integrating the energies of the body mind and spirit through a two-way flow of touch and response. Patient and therapist build a rapport of trust and understanding and work together in the healing process. Massage therapy, which is skilfully and sensitively applied, generates feelings of harmonious well-being and a sense of unity in which the healing energies of the body can be released.
